Dear Human Circles
Small, intimate gatherings for remembering our shared humanity.
In a world that constantly asks us to improve, perform, and prove our worth, Dear Human Circles offer something different… a simple space to slow down, be present, and remember who we were before all of that.
These are not workshops.
Not coaching.
Not therapy.
They are circles of listening, reflection, and shared humanity.
What these circles are
Dear Human Circles are small online gatherings where we come together around a shared text from Dear Human and let it serve as a shared focus in the center of the circle.
We don't analyze the text.
We don't fix each other.
We don't rush toward insight or action.
We sit beside the words and notice what they stir.
These circles are about:
They are intentionally slow, spacious, and small.
What happens in a circle
Each circle follows a simple, steady rhythm
There is no pressure to speak.
Silence is welcome.
You are free to participate in the way that feels most honest.
One chapter is often enough for an entire gathering.
What these circles are not
Dear Human Circles are not…
Nothing is being optimized here.
Nothing is being measured.
This is a space for presence, not performance.
Who these circles are for
Dear Human Circles tend to resonate with people who…
You do not need to be "ready."
You do not need the right words.
You only need a willingness to show up as you are.
Who is holding the circle
These circles are hosted by Phillip Cave, author of Dear Human.
Phillip holds the space not as a coach, therapist, or expert, but as a fellow human… attentive to the container, the boundaries, and the quality of presence in the room.
There is no teaching or interpretation.
Only care, listening, and stewardship of the space.

Cost & Exchange
An invitation, not a pitch
Dear Human Circles are offered quietly and intentionally.
If you feel drawn—not convinced, not persuaded, but gently pulled—you're welcome to join us.
If not, trust that, too.
You were never meant to do being human alone.
This is simply a place to remember that—together.
